This Flirty Halter Cocktail Dress by Igigi has me pulling a Roger Rabbit while figuring out what events I could wear this to.

I love the detailing and the Brown/Turquoise color combination is divine.

I will say this, Igigi knows how to pull out all the stops when it comes to dresses that rock.
